Structural works design and management

The building, called Casa Sabina, is located in the PII Adriano.

 

The complex consists of a building with a total of 129 apartments on 5 floors with 11 floors above ground and a basement parking lot for a total of 80 garages and cellars.

 

Elongated building, in plan inscribable in a rectangle of dimensions approximately 20 m x 89 m. A structural joint is planned that transversely divides the building into two dynamically independent units, the first with two stair cores, the second with three.

 

Just above the level of the roof deck, a canopy has been planned consisting of a solid concrete slab in a ribbon-like shape that runs along the entire perimeter of the two buildings and projects from the edge of the building.
