Structural works design and construction management

Palazzo Aloisio was born from the important redevelopment of a large historic building in the heart of Turin.

Once known as Palazzo Cinzano, it was built as a work by architect Ottorino Aloisio in the 1930s.

The current project – by COIMA Image – maintains all the functionality and rigor of an iconic style of great elegance, perfectly harmonized with the buildings in the area built in the same period.

Preliminarily, the necessary Due Diligence was drawn up for the evaluation of the structural problems on the existing system, on the basis of which the executive project of the structures was then developed, in accordance with the functional architectural project that transformed the existing office destinations into new high-quality residences, maintaining the commercial destinations present on the ground floor and mezzanine.
