​Structural design and related works management

Residential building overlooking Piazzale Arduino, with 26 floors above ground for a total of 80 apartments and a total GFA surface area of 14,200 square meters.

Structural works define a solution in reinforced concrete made on site.

The floors have significant overhangs and have been designed using bidirectional plates with the insertion of lightening elements. In order to evaluate the deformation field of these floors, long-term viscous analyses have been conducted.
