Structural design and construction management

Born from a demolition and reconstruction operation of an existing building, located in the heart of Milan a few steps from Piazza Duomo.

With the maintenance and recovery of the historic facade on Via Broletto, the building, intended for offices, is structured around an internal vertical gallery, which overlooks the 6 floors above ground and the two underground floors.

The intervention is characterized by radical and important structural works of consolidation, restructuring and seismic improvement that have significantly increased the resistance to horizontal seismic actions.
