The Crespi d'Adda factory is part of the architectural complex that includes the factory and the village, and was included in 2003 as a world heritage site protected by UNESCO.
The redevelopment project of the factory includes new uses for offices, management centers, underground parking as well as the reorganization of the external green areas and paths.
The structural interventions on the buildings, whose facades under constraint will be restored, mainly follow the needs connected to the functions to be hosted.
