Structural works design and related works management

The intervention of buildings E1 – E2 is located in the Porta Nuova Garibaldi area of Milan.

The Office and Showroom building is characterised by an above-ground surface area of 14,500 m2 with plan dimensions varying from 37.30 m to 23.30 m wide and 144 m long with a height above ground of 30.80 m.

The commercial part is hosted by a glass portico on the ground floor; the five levels above ground are intended for offices while the two underground levels are for parking and storage.

The project is based on a sinuous and wavy architecture capable of both establishing a relationship with the context and affirming its own recognisability.
