Structural design and seismic adaptation
The Grosio Center project consists of the reconversion of two existing buildings, previously used as Motor Villages built in the 1970s, and the construction of a new building for offices, with seismic adaptation.
The complex is composed of 3 distinct volumes: a single-storey building used as a Food Court (7,400m2); a multi-storey building with retail areas on the ground floor (9,800m2), two floors used as a car park (19,600m2) and the roof used as green spaces and a sports centre with paddle courts (9,800m2).
Finally, between the two existing buildings, the new building will be built with 1 basement, 7 floors above ground used for offices (11,760m2) and a roof used as a green panoramic terrace (1,680m2).
