Situated on an area of approximately 3,450 m2 at the intersection of Via M. Gioia and Via del Sud, it has a total assigned GFA of 15,000 m2. It is a complex building with 25 floors above ground for a height of approximately 82 metres at the last intrados containing a hotel with approximately 180 high-class rooms and suites, in addition to general equipment and garages. A plate element occupies the entire area of relevance and directly compares with the existing buildings and with the exhibition building planned in correspondence with the pedestrian path of the "podium". This volumetric system allows the main functions connected with the public to be inserted in a context in direct contact with the basic paths. The load-bearing element of this horizontal volume is in fact a large central atrium covered in transparency that crosses all 5 floors of the slab, directly connecting the access at +124.00 (via M. Gioia) with the pedestrian paths +130.50 (podium) and with the various functions linked to direct use open to the city: the hall, the restaurant, the bar, the meeting rooms, the spaces used for temporary exhibitions.
