Structural works design and works management

Located in the eastern part of Milan, near Linate airport, the residential complex at Via Piranesi 44 is composed of three linear buildings with 11 floors above ground that embrace an internal garden, for a total surface area of 24,300 square meters.

The individual buildings were built with a reinforced concrete structure and curved balconies characterised by a 4 m structural overhang.

One of the buildings also houses common spaces, made with a metal carpentry structure with beams up to 12 m long.
