Design and construction management of structures

The redevelopment of the Atleti Azzurri d'Italia Stadium involved the parterre area, the existing grandstand and the sky boxes in the highest level of the grandstand itself.

In particular, the structural works carried out concern a new reinforced concrete step cast in situ along the parterre of the existing grandstand, designed to allow the creation of new VIP positions at the edge of the pitch.

These steps, being external to the vertical of the roof of the grandstand of honor, were then protected from the elements by a series of metal carpentry frames placed to support the glass panels constituting the roof itself. In addition, new metal carpentry structures were added hanging from the existing reinforced concrete brackets of the roof, constituting the new stations of the television technicians.
