Static testing of structural works

The planned works concern the portion on the Via Podgora side and the Via Desio side.

 

For the portion on the side of Via Podgora, once used as a laboratory, total structural consolidation is planned with the construction of a staircase, the modification of some perimeter openings and balconies and the reconstruction of the attics.

 

For the portion on the Via Desio side, the total demolition of the floors and roof and of a good part of the load-bearing walls is planned; the above leads to the complete reconstruction of the load-bearing structures with the remaining portions of solid brick walls to be used as external infill without a structural function.
