Corte Scolastica is a real estate complex consisting of an ancient courtyard which, nowadays completely to be renovated, has undergone a complete redevelopment in order to make the building suitable for housing needs, but above all modern quality.

In this sense, the building, consisting of approximately thirty residential and commercial units, is made of reinforced concrete.

A single basement floor with a surface area of just under 2,200 m2 creates a slab from which the 4 bodies that define the floors above ground arise, for a surface area of nearly 3,500 m2.
