Technical, administrative and static testing
The “Rodari” school complex is architecturally composed of four distinct and opposing buildings, connected to each other by a double system of inclined ramps and called buildings A, B, C and D.
The design and construction of this complex dates back to 1974. The school is spread over two floors above ground, arranged on staggered levels, divided into a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.
The intervention involved:
-
Seismic adaptation of the structure;
-
Internal extraordinary maintenance works;
-
New outer casing;
-
Compliance with fire prevention regulations;
-
Interventions on technological systems.
The seismic adaptation intervention of the complex is particularly significant, which involved the construction of partitions arranged externally and internally to the buildings.
