High Surveillance Consulting and Support to the RUP
High Surveillance Activities for the European Library of Information and Culture project, supporting the RUP in verifying technical-administrative regularity.
Control activities are carried out on time, quality, safety, preparation of documents, management of disputes, on-site checks and general site management activities between General Contractor and Works Management.
Ensures cohesion, regulatory compliance and monitoring of the execution of works for a total amount close to €100,000,000 plus legal charges.
