The building is developed on five floors above ground in addition to the roof level. There is, between the ground floor and the first floor, a mezzanine area that has access from the ground floor. Furthermore, the building extends for three levels below the ground level.

It essentially has a geometry that can be inscribed in plan in a rectangle that has the following typical dimensions of the above ground: short side: about 19.80m long side max about 40.20m. The ground floor instead has a portico on Viale V. Emanuele, which leads to a setback of the façade of about 4.80m compared to the upper floors.

The basement floors have a shape similar to the above-ground floors.

The fifth floor has a reduction of the sides of approximately 3.0/3.5 m.
