Structural works project development

Expansion and redevelopment of the spa in view of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics, with interventions that combine innovation and design. The project includes the construction of a completely underground “Adventure Pool”, with a reinforced concrete structure and a laminated wood roof featuring spans of up to 15 meters. In addition, the Termarium and Relax areas will be enhanced, offering an even more complete spa experience.

 

The existing swimming pool will be equipped with a new laminated wood roof, featuring beams with variable intrados and a height of 160 cm, designed to overcome spans of up to 22.50 meters, ensuring solidity and a modern and captivating aesthetic.
