Structural project development

New buildings with a SL of approximately 5,200 m2 that defines three buildings of 6, 8 and 17 floors for a maximum height of approximately 56m for a plan development of approximately 130m; 70 apartments are planned.

The ground floor is characterized by the entrance lobbies and the parking lots.

The buildings are characterised by structural joints made of reinforced concrete and the above-ground floors are made using bidirectional reinforced concrete plates with spans of over 9m.

The foundation works are of the indirect type on piles.
