Structural design and construction management

New residential building consisting of a basement defined by a surface area of 670 m2 and four floors above ground of almost 1,000 m2.

The building features a traditional solution in ordinary reinforced concrete with one-way slabs lightened with EPS shapes designed to create the load-bearing reinforced concrete structure.

The roof is made of laminated wood, a particular note is given by the roof beams that cross the 14.50 metre span in a single span with a double pitch with a section height of approximately 1.55 m.
