Structural design and DLS, static testing during construction

The new residential complex is composed of two buildings that share a single basement, extending over a surface area of 1,600 m2, intended for services and garages.

 

Above the basement there are three floors above ground for each building, with a total floor area of 2,350 m2.

 

The main load-bearing structures, such as the pillars and the two bodies dedicated to the stairwells and elevators, are made of reinforced concrete (RC), ensuring strength and safety. The floors are built using predalles slabs, while the foundations adopt a mixed system of slab and continuous inverted beams.

 

The complex stands out for its attention to structural quality and optimization of spaces, ensuring comfort and safety for future residents.
