Management of structural works

The school complex is made up of two volumes, school and gym, arranged in an “L” shape within a large green area with a garden and sports facilities, and connected to each other by a light and transparent glass volume, which also serves as an independent entrance to the gym.

The work planned as a deduction from the surface rights fee is the construction of a middle school for approximately 350 children to serve the entire new residential neighborhood under construction in Merezzate, south-east of the city of Milan.

15 classrooms, 1 library with independent access, music and computer laboratories, refectory and administrative offices.

The gym can accommodate up to 200 spectators.
