Structural design of works

New residential building with a GFA of approximately 10,000 square meters that defines 103 apartments above ground as well as 76 underground garages. The ground floor is characterized by a pilotis environment.

The building, characterised by a structural joint, has an elongated L-shaped plan that can be inscribed in a rectangle measuring approximately 27 m x 80 m, the elevation of which is characterised by a single underground floor - measuring approximately 47 m x 110 m - and thirteen floors above ground made using bidirectional reinforced concrete plates.
